With the RedLine RDF85 thermoformer, ILLIG introduces a new adaptive variable tool interface that enables the use of tools from different US and EU manufacturers. Third-party tools in both the form and trim stations can be installed in the RDF 85 by means of adapters provided by ILLIG. Depending on the material to be processed (PS, PET or PP) and the material thickness, ILLIG offers two heater lengths of 1,865 mm and 3,105 mm for the RedLine RDF 85. ILLIG VHW pre-heaters can also be incorporated to the RDF. Flexible End-of-line (EOL) solutions are available. Depending on customer requirements, you can stack up or down, with or without counting device, or make use of the two-axis handling system.
