APPEX 2024 Speaker

Louis Nottle has been in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry for the last 30 years.  He started at Bonlac Foods as a Trainee Engineer and worked his way through Product & Process Development to Operations Management.  Working at companies like Mars Confectionery, Nestle Confectionery, Darrell Lea and Lemnos Foods.  After 30 years in food manufacturing, Louis changed direction slightly to being General Manager of J&P Flexographics, a flexible packaging manufacturing business in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.  In this role Louis is particularly focussed developing sustainable packaging solutions with his customer base.
