With 35+ years’ of experience in the Beverage, FMGC and Dairy industries, Scott’s career roles have included Plant Engineer, Project Engineer, Equipment Procurement, and providing Technical and Engineering advice to all relevant stakeholders, along with Packaging and Bond store Management and Quality Control.

Scott’s packaging technology experience is wide-ranging and includes, frozen, chilled, MAP and shelf stable, with packaging types ranging from, glass (bottle & jar), can (aluminium & steel), flexible (Poly & Laminate materials) tray sealing & MAP processing.  

More recently Scott has been focused on developing his Project Engineering company dedicated to servicing the Food Industry
